Tummy tuck Surgery

Tummy Tuck Surgery is also called as Abdominoplasty, removes excess fat and skin from the abdomen and creates an abdominal profile which is smoother and firmer. Many times, this surgery is also performed for Aesthetic Reasons to provide a smoother and firmer abdomen giving the look of a flat and well toned abdomen. Even individuals with normal body weight and proportion can develop a protruding or drooping abdomen due to various causes like:

  • Aging
  • Heredity
  • Sedentary Lifestyle
  • Pregnancy and Child birth
  • Previous Surgeries

A tummy tuck is not a substitute to a weight loss program. Generally, the results of a tummy tuck are permanent, but can get impacted by fluctuations in body weight. Tummy tuck Surgery can not correct stretch marks unless they are in the areas of skin being removed due to Tummy Tuck. Dr V K Srinagesh of Ojas Aesthetic Institute is Board Certified Surgeon with many years of experience in these kinds of Cosmetic Surgeries.
